Main Components: 

Organic complex of low-carbon chain fatty acid salts

Physical Properties: 

Appearance: Light yellow to dark red liquid, transparent without precipitation; Specific Gravity: 0.9±0.05

Characteristics:

1. Excellent initial coloring performance and heat resistance.
2. Excellent resistance to surface exudation.
3. Exerts a synergistic effect when used together with epoxy compounds such as epoxidized soybean oil.
4. Phthalate Content: Below 100PPM.
5. PAHs Content: Below 5PPM.
6. Excellent self-lubricating property; no screw sticking, mold sticking or roller sticking during processing.
7. Excellent weather resistance: Mechanical properties and color stability of products can be well maintained during long-term storage.
8. Excellent long-term heat stability; no late-stage discoloration, scorched particles or black spots on products during prolonged processing.

Applications:

1. Suitable for the processing and production of flexible and semi-rigid solid-color films and sheets.
2. Suitable for the processing and production of flexible and semi-rigid solid-color pipes and leather.

Recommended Dosage:

• Flexible (films, leather): 2.5～3 PHR; Semi-rigid (leather, pipes): 3～4 PHR

(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin.)

Packaging, Storage and Transportation:

• 180KG/barrel
• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place
• It is best to use up within 6 months after leaving the factory
