Physical Properties:

Appearance: Light yellow to dark red liquid, transparent without sediment
Specific Gravity: 0.9±0.05

Characteristics:

Good initial coloring performance and excellent heat resistance
Good self-lubricity and compatibility
Excellent resistance to exudation on the machine surface
Exhibits a synergistic effect when used together with epoxy compounds (e.g., epoxidized soybean oil)
Phthalates Content: Below 100 PPM
PAHs Content: Below 5 PPM

Application:

Suitable for the processing and production of flexible and semi-rigid solid-color plastic sheets and films
Suitable for the processing and production of flexible and semi-rigid solid-color pipes and leather (PVC-based)

Recommended Dosage:

Flexible (films, leather): 2.5～3 PHR; Semi-rigid (leather, pipes): 3～4 PHR

(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin.)

Packaging, Storage and Transportation:

Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place
It is best to use up within 6 months after leaving the factory
