Ca zn stabilizer YC-200 for colored, variegated, dark and black PVC Products

Main Components: 

Ca-Zn series organic complex. Based on high-grade calcium fatty acid and zinc fatty acid, it is compounded with high-performance heat-resistant additives, primary and secondary antioxidants, etc., and processed by special composite technology.

Physical Properties:

Characteristics:

1. Environmentally friendly, compliant with the requirements of ROHS, REACH, PAHS and NO-16P.
2. Excellent anti-precipitation performance for colored, variegated, black or dark PVC products.
3. Good electrical insulation, water and oil resistance, strong water absorption resistance, conducive to secondary processing.
4. Excellent color retention performance, almost no color difference of materials after long-term machine shutdown.
5. Red products feature high temperature resistance in processing and good color stability.
6. Excellent weather resistance, no color difference or fading of finished products during storage.
7. The products have bright color, rich color perception and full coloration.
8. Resistant to high shear and air shear without sticking particles, supporting the full-speed operation of extrusion equipment.
9. Less material discharge and rubber extrusion in wire extrusion, resulting in low material waste.
10. Good dispersibility, fast temperature rise during powder mixing and no powder flying.

Applications:

1. For colored, variegated, dark and black PVC plastic materials and products.
2. Suitable for national standard JR70 wire and cable, power cable materials.
3. Suitable for international standard IEC 60227 series, fixed wiring, flexible wires and general cables with PVC insulation/sheath.
4. Suitable for power cords, electronic wires and computer peripheral wire materials meeting international standards such as UL60～UL80/VDE70.
5. Suitable for extrusion molded products such as mesh cloth, drawing and weaving products, and hoses.
6. Suitable for calendered products such as adhesive tape and film.
7. Suitable for soft injection molded products.

Usage and Dosage

1. Dosage: 3～5 PHR per 100PHR resin

(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin.)

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: 25kg paper-plastic compound bag.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. It is advisable to use up the product within one year.

General Formula:

Notes: 1.Depending on different processing machines and formulas, customers should appropriately adjust the lubricant system. 2. In relatively soft material formulas with a certain amount of chlorinated paraffin, reduce the dosage of stearic acid and PE wax, and test the exudation performance.
