Inteam’s YC-200 calcium zinc stabilizer is a product specifically designed for colored, mixed-color, dark, and black PVC materials. It uses high-grade calcium and zinc fatty acids as base materials, combined with high-performance heat-resistant additives and primary and secondary antioxidants, and is refined through a special process. This stabilizer has a wide range of applications, including wire and cable materials conforming to the Chinese national standard JR70, PVC insulation/sheathing for fixed wiring, flexible cords, and general cables conforming to the international standard IEC 60227 series. It can also be used in power cords, electronic wires, and computer peripheral cables that meet standards such as UL60-UL80 and VDE70. Furthermore, it is suitable for extruded products such as mesh fabrics, drawn wire braiding, and hoses, calendared products such as adhesive tapes and films, and various soft injection molded products.

Main Components:

Ca-Zn series organic complex. Based on high-grade calcium fatty acid and zinc fatty acid, it is compounded with high-performance heat-resistant additives, primary and secondary antioxidants, etc., and processed by special composite technology.

Superior anti-exudation performance when used in black and dark-colored products.
Excellent electrical insulation, water and oil resistance, and strong water absorption resistance, facilitating secondary processing.
Full coloring, non-rough cable surface, and bright color.
Resistant to high shear, no sticking particles under wind shear, supporting full-speed operation of extrusion equipment.
Less material discharge and rubber discharge during wire extrusion, resulting in low material waste.
Good dispersibility, fast temperature rise during powder mixing, and no powder flying.

Specialized for dark-colored and black PVC plastic materials and products.
Suitable for national standard JR70 wires and cables, and power cable materials.

Usage and Dosage

Dosage: 3～5 PHR per 100PHR resin

(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin.)

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 25kg paper-plastic compound bag.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. It is advisable to use up the product within one year.

Notes: 1.Depending on different processing machines and formulas, customers should appropriately adjust the lubricant system. 2. In relatively soft material formulas with a certain amount of chlorinated paraffin, reduce the dosage of stearic acid and PE wax, and test the exudation performance.
