Inteam’s YC-600 is an environmentally friendly PVC calcium zinc composite heat stabilizer. Its core component is a Ca-Zn organic composite system based on high-grade calcium and zinc fatty acids, combined with high-performance heat-resistant additives and primary and secondary antioxidants, and processed through a special compounding process. This product is suitable for various transparent PVC plastic materials and products, including hoses, blown films, door curtains, shoe soles, infusion tubes, stretch films, and electronic wires.

Product Description:

Main Components: 

Ca-Zn series organic complex. Based on high-grade calcium fatty acid and high-grade zinc fatty acid, it is compounded with high-performance heat-resistant additives, primary and secondary antioxidants, etc., and processed through a special composite technology.

Physical Properties: 

Appearance: Light yellow to white powder; Specific Gravity: 1.4±0.1

Characteristics:

  1. Environmentally friendly, complying with the requirements of RoHS, REACH, PAHS and NO-16P.
  2. High transparency and low haze.
  3. Excellent high-temperature resistance and heat aging resistance, with no yellow spots or black spots on the product surface.
  4. Superior fluidity, easy gelation, and no special unpleasant odor.
  5. No precipitation or hazing when the finished product is placed.
  6. Less material discharge and rubber discharge during wire extrusion, resulting in low material waste.
  7. Good dispersibility, fast temperature rise during powder mixing, and no powder flying.

Applications: 

Generally applicable to transparent PVC plastic materials and products such as flexible pipe extrusion, film blowing, door curtains, shoe soles, infusion tubes, stretch films, and electronic wires.

Usage and Dosage

  1. Recommended dosage: 1.5-2 PHR per 100PHR resin, depending on the type of product during processing.

(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin.)

Packaging and Storage

  • Packaged in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags.
  • Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
  • It is advisable to use up within one year.
