Main Components:
Ca-Zn series organic complex. Based on high-grade calcium fatty acid and high-grade zinc fatty acid, it is compounded with high-performance heat-resistant additives, primary and secondary antioxidants, etc., and processed through a special composite technology.

Characteristics:
- Environmentally friendly, complying with the requirements of RoHS, REACH, PAHS and NO-16P.
- Excellent high-temperature resistance and heat aging resistance; no coking or blackening of products after aging.
- Superior anti-precipitation performance when used in white, light-colored, colored, variegated and black PVC plastic materials and products.
- Excellent color retention performance; there is almost no color difference in materials after long-term shutdown.
- The products have bright and glossy appearance, with no discoloration or fading when placed.
- Resistant to high shear, no sticking particles during air cutting, and supports full-speed operation of extrusion equipment.
- Less material discharge and rubber discharge during wire extrusion, resulting in low material waste.
- Good dispersibility, fast temperature rise during powder mixing, and no powder flying.
Applications:
Generally applicable to white, light-colored, colored, variegated and black PVC plastic materials and products.
- Suitable for UL80/105℃ wires and cables, and computer peripheral wires.
- Suitable for national standard HI-90 cable sheath materials.
- Suitable for GB/T 12706 (equivalent to international standard IEC 60502) 90℃ standard, compatible with general power/control cables.

Usage and Dosage
- Dosage: 5~6 PHR of the product per 100PHR resin
(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin)
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: 25kg paper-plastic compound bag.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. It is advisable to use up the product within one year.

Notes:
1.Depending on the processing machine and formula, customers need to appropriately adjust the lubrication system.
2.In the formula system of relatively soft materials with a certain amount of chlorinated paraffin, reduce the dosage of stearic acid and PE wax, and test the precipitation performance.
3.TOTM is recommended as the plasticizer.
