Product Characteristics

1. Hazard classification: Classified as GHS Acute toxicity, oral (Category 4) with the hazard statement “Toxic if swallowed”.
2. Stability & reactivity: Stable under normal ambient temperature during storage and use; no hazardous reactivity under normal processing conditions. Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents, strong acids and strong bases; hazardous decomposition products (e.g., carbon oxides, hydrogen chloride) may be generated when burned.
3. Safety protection: Wear protective gloves, safety glasses and protective face shields during operation; avoid direct contact with eyes and skin.
4. Fire-fighting measures: Use water, dry chemical powder, foam or carbon dioxide for fire extinguishing; firefighters must wear positive pressure air respirators and full fire-fighting suits, and extinguish fire from the upwind direction.
5. Regulatory compliance: Listed in the “China Existing Chemical Substances List” (per the Measures for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances); not listed in the “Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals”, “Catalogue of Occupational Disease Hazard Factors” or “Catalogue of Key Environmentally Managed Hazardous Chemicals”.
6. Health hazards: Fine dust may irritate eyes (causing tearing) and skin (rare allergic reactions in some people); long-term exposure to high-concentration dust may cause pneumoconiosis (pulmonary function damage).
