Main Components: 

Organic complex of low-carbon chain fatty acid salts

Physical Properties:

• Appearance: Lightyellow to dark red liquid, transparent without precipitation
• Specific Gravity: 0.9±0.05

Characteristics:

1. Excellent transparency and good initial coloring performance, making the products brightly colored.
2. Low odor.
3. Complies with the environmental requirements of EN-71-3.
4. Phthalate Content: Below 100PPM.
5. PAHs Content: Below 5PPM.
6. Excellent self-lubricating property; no screw sticking or mold sticking during processing.
7. Superior weather resistance: The mechanical properties and color stability of products can be well maintained during long-term storage.
8. Excellent long-term heat stability; no late-stage discoloration, scorched particles or black spots on products during prolonged processing.

Applications:

1. Suitable for the processing of transparent PVC emulsified powder and the production of soft transparent PVC toy materials.
2. Suitable for the processing and production of flexible and semi-rigid transparent pipes.
3. Suitable for the processing and production of transparent films and cling films.

Recommended Dosage:

• Flexible transparent: 2.5～3 PHR; Semi-rigid transparent: 3～4 PHR

(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin.)

Packaging, Storage and Transportation:

• 180KG/barrel
• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place
• It is best to use up within 6 months after leaving the factory
