Physical Properties

• Appearance: Powderor Flake, white or light yellow
• Metal Oxide Content: 18～35±1% or adjustable according to customer requirements
• Lubricant Content: 30～50% or adjustable according to customer requirements
• Heat-Resistant Additive: A certain amount

Characteristics

1. Excellent thermal stability and weather resistance
2. Excellent fluidity: Can reduce melt viscosity and extrusion torque
3. Excellent gelling property: Can improve melt strength, ensure flat surface of finished products and good gloss

Applications

Suitable for various specifications of extruded products such as water supply pipes, threading pipes, drainage pipes, irrigation pipes, etc.

Recommended Dosage

Adjust according to actual needs: 3～5 PHR

Packaging, Storage and Transportation

• Packaging: PE woven bag with inner plastic bag, 25KG/bag
• Storage and Transportation: Keep away from moisture; do not store or transport together with environmentally friendly products

Universal Formula

Note: Depending on the different processing machines and formulas, customers should adjust the dosage of stabilizers and lubricants appropriately according to the amount of filler added.
