Physical Properties:

• Appearance: Colorless to light yellow liquid, transparent without sediment
• Specific Gravity: 0.9±0.05

Characteristics:

1. Excellent transparency, good initial coloring performance and excellent heat resistance
2. Good self-lubricity and excellent compatibility
3. Excellent foam-promoting effect
4. Bisphenol A Content: Below 5 PPM
5. Phthalates Content: Below 100 PPM
6. PAHs Content: Below 5 PPM

Application:

• KZ-100: Suitable for wallpaper and non-slip mats
• KZ-200: Suitable for foam products such as leather
• KZ-300: Suitable for office furniture leather

Recommended Dosage:

3～4 PHR per 100 PHR resin

(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin.)

Packaging, Storage and Transportation:

• 200KG/barrel
• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place
• It is best to use up within 6 months after leaving the factory

Note: Depending on the processing equipment and formula, customers should appropriately adjust the dosage of stabilizers and lubricants according to the increase in filler dosage.
