The core functions of PE wax in PVC:

Excellent lubrication: As a highly effective external lubricant, it provides PVC with excellent metal release properties, preventing adhesion during extrusion, calendering, and injection molding.
Improved surface and appearance: Significantly improves the surface gloss and smoothness of PVC products, giving them an aesthetically pleasing surface finish.
Facilitates processing and enhances strength: Improves material flow, reduces processing energy consumption, and allows for better dispersion of fillers at high filler content, improving the impact strength and physical properties of the product.
High transparency and stability: Compared to other lubricants, PE wax maintains high transparency in PVC, does not affect melt tension and Vicat softening point, and improves the dynamic stability of PVC at high temperatures.

Application suggestions:

Due to its high melting point and compatibility with PVC, it is very suitable for rigid PVC pipes and plastic profiles. It is generally recommended to add 0.5-1 phr to the PVC compound for optimal results.
