Tribasic Lead Sulfate, Lead Stearate, Lubricant, etc.

Physical Properties:

• Appearance:Powder, white or light yellow
• Metal Oxide Content:18～35±1% or adjusted according to customer requirements
• Lubricant Content:30～50% or adjusted according to customer requirements
• Heat-Resistant Additives:Appropriate amount

Characteristics:

1. Excellent fluidity: Reduces melt viscosity and extrusion torque, no mold sticking, and smooth discharge.
2. Excellent gelation property: Improves melt strength, ensuring flat surface and good gloss of finished products.
3. Reduces friction with equipment and enhances the surface gloss of products.

5. Good color retention, strong resistance to screw discoloration, and almost no color difference of materials after long-term shutdown.
6. Strong weather resistance, no color difference or fading of finished products during storage.

Applications:

1. Suitable for extrusion products such as water supply pipes, threading pipes, drainage pipes, irrigation pipes of various specifications.
2. Suitable for extrusion products such as electrical casing pipes of various specifications.
