Barium Zinc Composite Liquid Stabilizer BZ-001 for transparent PVC

Main Components: 

Organic complex of low-carbon chain barium-zinc fatty acid salts

Physical Properties: 

Appearance: Light yellow to dark red liquid, transparent without precipitation; Specific Gravity: 0.9±0.05

Characteristics:

1. Excellent transparency, good initial coloring performance and heat resistance.
2. Excellent resistance to surface exudation.
3. Exerts a synergistic effect when used together with epoxy compounds such as epoxidized soybean oil.
4. PAHs Content: Below 5PPM.
5. Excellent self-lubricating property; no screw sticking, mold sticking or roller sticking during processing.
6. Excellent weather resistance: Mechanical properties and color stability of products can be well maintained during long-term storage.
7. Excellent long-term heat stability; no late-stage discoloration, scorched particles or black spots of products during prolonged processing.

Applications:

1. Suitable for the processing and production of flexible and semi-rigid transparent/solid-color films and sheets.
2. Suitable for the processing and production of flexible and semi-rigid transparent/solid-color pipes.

Recommended Dosage

1. Flexible transparent/flexible light-color: 2.5～3 PHR; Flexible dark-color: 2.0～5 PHR
2. Semi-rigid transparent/semi-rigid light-color: 3～4 PHR; Semi-rigid dark-color: 2.5～5 PHR

(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin.)

Packaging, Storage and Transportation

• Packaged in 180KG barrels.
• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
• It is best to use up within 6 months after leaving the factory.

Note: 1. Depending on the processing machine and formula, customers should appropriately adjust the dosage of stabilizers and lubricants according to the increase in filler dosage.
