Potassium Zinc Liquid Stabilizer KZ-100/200/300 for wallpaper foamed leather

Main Components: 

Organic complex of low-carbon chain fatty acid salts.

Physical Properties: 

Appearance: Colorless to light yellow liquid, transparent without precipitation; Specific Gravity: 0.9±0.05

Characteristics:

1. Excellent transparency, good initial colorability and heat resistance, with little color change from raw material to finished product.
2. Good compatibility with resin, no exudation, and no white foggy substances on the product surface.
3. Excellent foaming promotion effect.
4. Bisphenol A content: Below 5 PPM.
5. Phthalate content: Below 100 PPM.
6. PAHs content: Below 5 PPM.
7. Excellent self-lubrication, no screw sticking or mold sticking during processing.
8. Excellent weather resistance: The mechanical properties and color stability of the product can be well maintained during long-term storage.

Applications: 

KZ-100 is suitable for wallpaper and non-slip mats; KZ-200 is suitable for foamed products such as leather; KZ-300 is suitable for office furniture leather.

Recommended Dosage:

2～4 PHR per 100 PHR resin

(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin.)

Packaging, Storage and Transportation:

• 200KG/barrel
• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place
• It is best to use up within 6 months after leaving the factory

Note: Depending on the processing equipment and formula, customers should appropriately adjust the dosage of stabilizers and lubricants according to the increase in filler dosage.
