Description :

Inteam’s PVC Composite Heat Stabilizer (Product Code: HB-66). This premium stabilizer features a well-balanced formulation consisting of Tribasic Lead Sulfate, Dibasic Lead Phosphite, Lead Stearate, antioxidant, lubricant and other functional ingredients. Boasting excellent performance, it is widely applicable to multiple PVC product categories: it fits the production of national standard 70℃ wire and cable materials and power cable materials; meets the requirements of UL and VDE standard power cords, electronic wires and computer peripheral wire materials; supports the manufacturing of PVC sleeves, insulating rubber mats and other plastic products; and is also ideal for calendered products such as PVC leather, films and rubber cloth.

Product Description:

Main Components: 

Tribasic Lead Sulfate, Dibasic Lead Phosphite, Lead Stearate, Antioxidant, Lubricant, etc.

Physical Properties:

  • Appearance:Powder or flakes, white or light yellow
  • Lead Content:20~35±1% or adjusted according to customer requirements
  • Lubricant Content:10~50% adjusted according to customer requirements

Characteristics:

  1. Excellent heat resistance, which can effectively slow down the thermal decomposition of PVC, no sticking particles, no air holes and particles in rubber particles, and good gloss.
  2. Superior electrical insulation performance, resistant to water and oil; strong water absorption resistance, conducive to secondary processing.
  3. Good color retention, strong resistance to screw discoloration, and almost no color difference of materials after long-term shutdown.
  4. Strong weather resistance, no color difference or fading of finished products during storage.
  5. The cable surface is not rough, with bright color and full coloring.
  6. Resistant to high shear, no sticking particles under wind shear, supporting full-speed operation of extrusion equipment.
  7. Less material discharge and rubber discharge during wire extrusion, resulting in less material waste.
  8. Good dispersibility, fast temperature rise during powder mixing, and no powder flying.

  1. PVC wire and cable materials, national standard 70℃ wire and cable materials, power cable materials
  2. UL standard and VDE standard power cords, electronic wires, and computer peripheral wire materials
  3. PVC sleeves, insulating rubber mats and other plastic products
  4. Calendered products such as PVC leather, films, and rubber cloth

Recommended Dosage

Adjust according to actual needs: 3~5 PHR

Packaging, Storage and Transportation

  • Packaging: PE woven bag with inner plastic bag, 25KG/bag
  • Storage and Transportation: Keep away from moisture; do not store or transport together with environmentally friendly products

Note: 1. Appropriately adjust the lubricant system according to different processing machines and formulas. 2. If a certain amount of chlorinated paraffin is used in soft materials, the dosage of stearic acid and PE wax in the formula should be reduced, and the exudation performance should be tested.
