Description :

Inteam’s YC-316 is a pvc compound stabilizer. It utilizes a Ca Zn organic composite system based on high-grade calcium and zinc fatty acids, and incorporates high-performance heat-resistant additives, primary and secondary antioxidants, and high-grade lubricating esters, all processed through a special compounding process. This product is suitable for PVC pipe products of various colors and can be widely used in the extrusion of various specifications of pipes, including water supply pipes, drainage pipes, conduit pipes, irrigation pipes, and municipal pipes. It is also suitable for the production of various extruded pipe materials such as electrical conduit pipes.

Main Components:

Ca-Zn series organic complex. Based on high-grade calcium fatty acid and high-grade zinc fatty acid, it is compounded with high-performance heat-resistant additives, primary and secondary antioxidants, high-grade lubricating esters, etc., and processed through a special composite technology.

Appearance: Light green to white powder; Specific Gravity: 1.5±0.1

Excellent fluidity: It can reduce melt viscosity and extrusion torque, prevent mold sticking, and ensure smooth material discharge.
Superior gelation performance: It can improve melt strength, making the finished product surface flat with good gloss.
Reduce friction with equipment and enhance the surface gloss of products.
Easy for product processing and applicable for secondary processing of products.
Excellent color retention performance; there is almost no color difference in materials after long-term shutdown.
Excellent weather resistance; no color difference or fading occurs when the finished products are placed.

Applications:

Generally applicable to PVC pipe products of various colors.
Suitable for extruded products such as water supply pipes, drainage pipes, threading pipes, irrigation pipes, municipal pipes of various specifications.
Suitable for extruded products such as electrical casing pipes of various specifications.

Usage and Dosage

Dosage: 2.5～4 PHR per 100PHR resin

(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin)

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 25kg paper-plastic compound bag.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. It is advisable to use up the product within one year.

Notes:

1.Depending on the processing machine and formula, customers should appropriately adjust the dosage of stabilizer and lubricant according to the increase in filler dosage.

2.Due to the small caliber and small extrusion flow of water supply pipes and threading pipes, the material stays in the screw for a long time, so the dosage system of stabilizer and lubricant should be appropriately increased.
