Ca Zn Stabilizer YC-319 for PVC Fittings

Main Components:

 Ca-Zn series organic complex. Based on high-grade calcium fatty acid and high-grade zinc fatty acid, it is compounded with high-performance heat-resistant additives, primary and secondary antioxidants, high-grade lubricating grease, etc., and processed through a special composite technology.

Physical Properties: 

Appearance: Light yellow to white powder; Specific Gravity: 1.5±0.1

Characteristics:

1. Complies with the requirements of environmental standards RoHS, REACH, PAHS and NO-16P.
2. Excellent initial color stability and color retention performance, with almost no color difference in materials after long-term shutdown.
3. Superior fluidity: It can reduce melt viscosity, prevent mold sticking, and ensure the product does not deform or have dimensional deviation after demolding.
4. Excellent gelation performance: It can improve melt strength, resulting in high gloss inside and outside the product.
5. Superior weather resistance and anti-aging performance; the product does not discolor or fade when placed.
6. Resistant to high temperature and high shear, with no yellow spots, black spots or impurities on the product surface.

Applications: 

Used for rigid injection molding products such as pipe fittings, elbows, and bottom cases.

Usage and Dosage

1. Dosage: 3.5～4.5 PHR per 100PHR resin

(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin)

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: 25kg paper-plastic compound bag.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. It is advisable to use up the product within one year.

Note: Depending on the formula of the processing machine, customers should appropriately adjust the dosage system of stabilizers and lubricants as the filler dosage increases.
