Characteristics
- Environmentally friendly, complying with the requirements of ROHS, REACH, PAHS and NO-16P.
- Excellent anti-precipitation performance when used in black or dark-colored products.
- Excellent fluidity, easy gelation, and good gloss of finished products.
- When used together with epoxides (such as epoxidized soybean oil), it has a synergistic effect.
Applications
Specialized for colored, variegated, dark-colored and black PVC plastic materials and products:
- Suitable for national standard JR70 wires, cables and power cable materials.
- Suitable for power cords, electronic wires and wire materials for computer peripherals that meet international standards (e.g., UL60～UL80/VDE70).
- Suitable for extrusion-molded products such as mesh cloth, drawn wires (for weaving) and hoses.
- Suitable for calendered products such as rubber cloth and films.
- Suitable for soft injection-molded products.
Usage and Dosage
- Dosage: 5PHR per 100PHR resin
(Note: PHR refers to Parts Per Hundred of Resin.)
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: 25kg paper-plastic compound bag.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. It is advisable to use up the product within one year.
